The Company holds its 2013 Graduation Ceremony for First Campus Recruited New Employee Orientation Training in 2013

   'Talent is the key for a governor, and education is the key for talent'. On the morning of August 2, the graduation ceremony for the first campus recruited new employee orientation training in 2013 of the Company was held ceremoniously in the company training room. The general manger of the Company as well as managers of each branch company and each department participated in the ceremony.

    During the graduation ceremony, the new staff representatives made a brief review for the one-month training, stated what they had gained from the training, and talked about the personal career planning along with warm applause. Managers of each department made speeches about the development situation of the departments, future vision, and the new staff growth plans. The general manager summarized and made a scientific analysis on the future 15-year development and direction of industries such as drilling, logging, fracture, borehole operation and oilfield infrastructure construction of the Company, and put forwards requirements and advices for the career development of the new staff recruited on campus.

     Aiming at the staff recruited on campus, the Company firstly worked out a one-moth closed induction training. Doctor Li Tianjiang, manager of the Research & Development Center, took charge of the director, and managers of the branch companies and departments, and externally employed experts participating in the training and giving lessons. The training contents covered fields such as petrol engineering technology, and management and economics. The knowledge range was quite wide, and was very pertinent. Through various excellent courses and practical interactions, the new staff members learned more about the company and relevant industries and cleared out their future career development direction.

    After the conclusion of induction training, the Company allocated the new staff to each branch company and each department according to the induction willingness of the new staff recruited on campus for next-stage practical work.
